Additionally, dispatchers can send messages from existing applications such as Microsoft Outlook.
The MDT 860 sits on the vehicle’s dashboard or windshield and interfaces with the OnlineAVL 2 fleet management application and Qube vehicle tracking device. As a result, the MDT 860 can transmit messages from the office to the vehicle and back again.
